Young People
I believe it is important to enable every young person to be the best you can be.
Some areas of difficulty you might face are:
-
Bullying
-
Sexual, physical and psychological abuse
-
Education issues
-
Substance abuse
-
Homelessness
-
Domestic violence
-
Being a young carer
-
Illness and disability
-
Fostering and adoption
-
Depression
I offer one-to-one online or telephone sessions with young people.
It can be helpful to talk to a counsellor to enable you to explore feelings and experiences which may feel embarrassing, frightening or private in a confidential situation where you will not be judged and you will be supported to understand and perhaps change some things in a way that works for you.
As a result of therapy you may be less anxious, have improved self-esteem, notice some changes in your behaviour and have better relationships with others.
